I see now that I am not the only one with a shipping issue. Their site does say 5-9 business days for regular shipping but they're not responsible for the third party shippers? I've ordered twice on two different dates, my first package, November 27th, was supposed to be here last week and it's been exactly two weeks since I've ordered. My second package, December 3rd, got an estimated delivery time (which will probably not be my delivery date) faster than my first did. I'm very excited for these products but seeing how Rihanna didn't put much thought/effort/communication into this portion of her business unless you're an ambassador is really embarrassing and disappointing on her part...
I have ordered from this site twice and have had delayed shipping both times. It states on their website "Normally, orders can take up to 2 business days to ship." then orders should arrive within 5-7 days in the US. My packages did not arrive for over a month and customer service does not care. You will get hung up on and put on hold constantly. Also, a horrible return process.

Never recieved my package. Never recieved my new customer discount due to lost package. Refused to refund me back my money. I wouldn't recommend. They use usps which is terribly unreliable.
I love Rhianna and all she does for all people
regardless of age, color, religion, size, nationality...so I happily signed up for this. Sadly I learned much like Victoria Secret anything in a size not 15 year old boy is sold out quickly. At least the models are different body types. So not as bad as VS. So sadly I decided to end my relatios with Savage X and it's been a nightmare.
I love shopping with Savage X Fenty. There's never any issues and I absolutely LOVE everything I ever bought. Everything fits so perfectly and not to mention I look amazing in it!
I have been charged since January 2021 for vip membership every month. I tried to order something and it wouldn't use my membership credits. I called three times only to be hung up on twice and placed on long holds. I want my money back. Terrible service.
The selection is very limited and website is difficult to navigate
My memeber credit was never deducted it says it will automatically be deducted id like a refund to my card asap!
It was a fairly easy checkout process.
The prices are alright, if you have a membership, but you shouldn't need to get one. I shouldn't be forced to pay for this, on top of the prices for cute underwear.
I love these undies. Although I’m small, I’m unevenly proportioned and they fit nicely which makes me feel sexy

I love my items but I forgot to skip a month so I had a 49.95 credit because they charged my card. I ordered again thinking I’m using my membership credit and it charged my card again now I have to cancel my membership. Disappointed & broke
I happen to love Fenty I have some of everything at this point. The only issue I had is my VIP Credits did not apply automatically I had to call customer service and it was applied over the phone. The customer service rep did not give a reason as to why this happened, I did ask.
My credits were applied and purchase was made.

No they have a few companies under the SAVAGE C FENTY name and they steal your money all under the Rihanna name. This company is a scam!

Don't bother they will give you the same run around during the chat and act aloof and stupid for how ever long YOU want to keep up the charade.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! THERE A FEW COMPANIES UNDER THE SAVAGE X FENTY brand. They offer no corporate name, number, address and they will literally hang up when you catch them in a lie. Example: I was told my first order was sent in 2 packages and they are in transit. I said that's a lie because I received my package 3 days ago all in one package. I asked what did they send in the first package and they couldn't tell me which items or even how many items they sent out. They said I was blacklisted and I've only became their new member since 10/25/20. I've only made 2 purchases, didn't receive my items and then you blacklist me? They have over $500 of my money and I have no product. I call "corporate" number and they give you 2 options that will hang up on you either option you choose. It's these small little companies under the brand name like JustFab and Lavender Lingerie and Textile; probably even more companies I'm not sure. But it makes Rihanna's brand look very very bad, untrustworthy and deceitful. Look at their BBB reviews someone rights a review almost everyday about how they got scammed! This is crazy!

It is legit. I did receive my items in about a month. I think it is just poorly ran.
